     When natural disaster strikes your property, Rampart Renovations is ready to provide full Restoration and

     Reconstruction Services. Whether through fire, hurricane or flooding, we can assess the loss and assist your

     adjuster in settling the loss with the insurance provider. We are able to assist you and represent your interests

     throughout the insurance claim process. Our services include:

  Interior Tenant Fit-Up Projects

     These projects include renovation of existing commercial lease space to customers' plans and specifications. These

     projects are bid using hard bid estimating. Typical projects may include: 

     • Non-structural modification to the interior tenant space, not involving work related to altering or retrofitting

        structural members.
     • Alterations to fire sprinklers system and the MEP trades.
     • Owner supplied items such as FFE items.
